1. Who we are

Jilin Xinsuyuan Auto Supplies Co., Ltd., Jilin, China. Registration details are to be supplied before launch.

2. What this site does

It presents our product range and lets you submit inquiries and quotation requests. It does not process payments. Submitting an order request creates no binding contract; the contract is formed by the proforma invoice we issue and your acceptance of it.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in USD per unit and exclude freight, insurance, duties and destination charges. Prices and availability may change; the figure on your issued quotation prevails.

4. Product information

Specifications are taken from our own product data. Where a figure is not established it is marked to be confirmed on the page. Nothing on this site should be read as a warranty of fitness for a particular vehicle beyond the fitment stated on the quotation.

5. Intellectual property

Product photographs, drawings and text on this site belong to Jilin Xinsuyuan Auto Supplies Co., Ltd.. You may use them to evaluate or resell our products; you may not present them as your own manufactured goods.

6. Governing law

Terms are governed by the law stated on the proforma invoice and, where applicable, by the Incoterms edition named there (FOB / EXW / CIF).
