Shipping policy
How freight, packing and lead time are handled on every order.
1. What the price includes
Product prices on this site are per unit, in USD, and exclude freight, insurance, duties and destination charges. Trade terms (FOB, EXW or CIF) are stated on each quotation.
2. How freight is quoted
After an order request we calculate freight to your named port or address and send a formal quotation within 1 business day. Sea freight (FCL or LCL), air freight and express courier are all available. The nearest loading port is Dalian.
3. Packing
Canopies and drawer systems are packed for container loading with corner protection and foam blocking. Carton count, CBM and gross weight are issued with the quotation — where the source data does not state a figure, it is marked to be confirmed rather than estimated.
4. Lead time
Production lead time is stated on the proforma invoice before payment. It depends on model and quantity. We do not publish a blanket lead time because it would not be accurate.
5. Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading are issued per shipment. Certificates of origin or other documents are provided on request where available.
