What is the minimum order quantity?
94 of 108 SKUs start at 1 unit; the remaining 14 start at 2 units. The MOQ is printed on each product page and enforced in the cart — you cannot check out below it.
Can you customize a product from my drawing?
Yes. Drawing-based customization is a listed capability of our storefront. Send a PDF, STEP file or a photo with dimensions. We confirm feasibility and tooling before quoting; sample lead time is confirmed per project.
What is the lead time?
Production lead time is quoted per order and depends on the model and quantity. It is stated on the proforma invoice before you pay. Catalog stock items are confirmed case by case — we do not publish a blanket lead time.
How is freight calculated?
Product prices exclude freight. After you submit an order or inquiry we calculate sea freight (FCL or LCL), air freight or express to your port, and quote it separately within 1 business day.
Which trade terms do you support?
FOB, EXW and CIF as stated on the quotation. Nearest port is Dalian. If your forwarder needs a different arrangement, tell us at inquiry stage.
How can I pay?
T/T (bank transfer) or L/C. Trade Assurance is available if you place the order through our Alibaba.com storefront. The site itself does not take online card payments — orders submitted here are quotation requests.
Do you accept third-party inspection?
Yes. Pre-shipment inspection by an inspector of your choice is welcome at your cost. We book the visit and provide loading photos and the container number.
What about after-sales and returns?
Every order is confirmed by proforma invoice, which states the claim window and the remedy. Quality claims are handled against that invoice. See the Return & Refund page for the process.
Do you have product reviews or certifications?
Our storefront currently shows no product reviews — we do not display ratings we have not earned. Supplier Assessment and Onsite Check are completed; product-level certificates are listed as to be confirmed until certificate copies are supplied.
