Process
From drawing to container
Drawing-based customization is one of our listed capabilities. The sequence below is how a custom canopy, drawer system or tent order runs.
Feasibility is confirmed before price. If a drawing cannot be produced at your target cost, we say so at step two instead of at step five.
- RequirementVehicle model, bed length, quantity, target price.
- DrawingPDF / STEP / sample with dimensions. We mark up what is unclear.
- SamplePrototype or first-article from the tooling. Sample lead time confirmed per project.
- ProductionBatch run after sample approval and proforma invoice.
- InspectionFinished-product inspection before packing; photos or third-party inspection on request.
- ShippingPacked for container loading, documents issued, freight booked.

Logo
Laser marking, badge or sticker on canopy side, drawer face or tent shell.
Dimensions
Bed length, canopy height (mid / high roof), drawer depth and internal layout from your drawing.
Material & finish
Aluminium alloy or galvanised steel; matte black, white, silver or RAL colour; surface treatment per spec.
Packaging
Neutral carton, printed carton, foam blocking, pallet specification for LCL or FCL.
MOQ for customized runs is quoted per project and differs from the catalog MOQ. Sampling cost and lead time are confirmed after the drawing review — both are marked to be confirmed until we have the drawing.
