What we collect, why, and how to have it removed.
1. What we collect
When you submit an inquiry or an order request we collect the fields you fill in: name, company, email, phone, country, quantity, requirements and any file you attach. Server logs may record your IP address and browser type.
2. Why we collect it
To answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange shipping and keep order records. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list for submitting a form.
3. Where it goes
Inquiries and order notifications are delivered to jerrytai@outlook.com. If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
4. Cookies and local storage
This site uses browser local storage to remember your cart and the last order reference on your device. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Your requests
Write to jerrytai@outlook.com to request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it for tax or customs purposes.
