Quality control

Two checkpoints before packing

The storefront lists two quality-control processes. Both are documented at order level, not in a brochure.

1 · Raw material identification & traceability

Sheet and extrusion batches are identified against the order spec so a finished canopy or drawer set can be traced back to the material lot.

2 · Finished product inspection

Dimensional check, hardware count and function test (locks, struts, drawer runners, canvas and zips) before cartoning. Photo report available on request.

Certifications

Supplier Assessment and Onsite Check completed. Product-level certificates (ISO, material test reports) are to be confirmed and will be listed with certificate numbers when supplied.

Patents

Utility-model patent certificates are displayed on our Alibaba storefront. Copies and English translations are available on request; certificate numbers to be confirmed.
